This policy explains what information CTE Studios (operated by CTE Digital LLC, "CTE Studios," "we," "us") collects through ctestudios.com, and how we use it. It covers this marketing website only — client work delivered under a signed service agreement is governed by the terms of that agreement, not this policy.

The only personal information we collect through this site is what you choose to submit through our contact form: your name, email address, and optionally your company, project type, and project details. We do not use cookies, analytics scripts, or tracking pixels on this website, and we do not passively collect browsing data.
How we use it
Contact form submissions are sent directly to our inbox via Resend, a transactional email provider, so we can respond to your inquiry. We do not store submissions in a database on this site, and we do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-party services
We use Resend to deliver contact form emails and Netlify to host this website. Both process data only as needed to provide those services to us. Neither is authorized to use your information for their own purposes.
Data retention
Since submissions live in our email inbox rather than a database, we retain them for as long as normal business correspondence is kept. You can request that we delete a submission at any time by emailing us at hello@ctestudios.com.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion, at any time, by emailing hello@ctestudios.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Children's privacy
